Scott has been involved in the financial services industry since 1985. He was the managing member of Wealth Management Group, LLC from 2001 until it joined with Savant in 2023. Before that, Scott spent many years as managing partner for R.F. Book & Associates, P.A. CPAs which joined with Savant Tax & Consulting.
Scott earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Wilmington (OH) College. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Personal Financial Specialist credential issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Scott serves as a member of the Bayhealth Business and Investment Committee and is a member of the Delaware Board of Accountancy.
Scott enjoys traveling with family and friends, spending time at the beach, and his Napa Valley red wines. He is an avid sports fan and continues to stay active with golf, tennis, and biking.
